Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in that account will be forfeited in full.

Players must ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 3.3 Account Registration

To register a bag88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify bag88 immediately if any of your registration details change.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered bag88 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bag88 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be asked at any time to provide documentation confirming your identity (such as a National ID card or passport), date of birth, and residential address. Withdrawal of funds from your account will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bag88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account pending verification at any time.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bag88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bag88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bag88 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bag88 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account while the investigation is conducted.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bag88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, fraud investigations, or withdrawal disputes.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bag88 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period, deducted from the account's Real Money Balance. Players will be notified via email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Once an account's Real Money Balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. bag88 targets withdrawal completion within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts transacting via bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bag88 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

5.4 Player Funds

All player funds deposited with bag88 are held separately from the company's operational funds. This segregation of player funds is maintained to ensure that your Real Money Balance remains protected in the ordinary course of business.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bag88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment cards are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or returned as a push do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bag88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated abuse across groups of players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bag88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to retroactively void bonus credits where bag88 determines that they were awarded in error or as a result of a technical fault.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bag88 Platform are subject to acceptance at bag88's sole discretion. bag88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets accepted in error — including those placed at incorrectly displayed odds caused by human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — may be voided by bag88 at its sole discretion.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on bag88. These limits may vary by sport, game, market type, and player account tier. bag88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts without notice.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond defined settlement windows, technical failure affecting the integrity of the event's outcome, manifest pricing error, or where bag88 determines that the event's result has been compromised by illegal activity such as match-fixing.

7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino and live dealer games on bag88 are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The specific game rules for each title govern outcomes and payouts. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection where technically feasible. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

bag88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals associated with that account, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bag88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of bag88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. In no event shall bag88's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services exceed the total value of the Real Money Balance held in that player's bag88 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Amendments to Terms

bag88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bag88 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and will publish a revised version of the Terms & Conditions on the Platform, clearly indicating the new effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Termination and Suspension

bag88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Instruction from a law enforcement authority or other competent regulatory body.
• Detection of self-exclusion requests submitted via responsible gaming channels.

In the event of account termination for cause, bag88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, pending bonuses, and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real Money Balances may be returned at bag88's discretion following completion of any investigation, unless forfeiture is otherwise required by the circumstances of the breach.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation should be submitted in writing to bag88 at [email protected]. bag88 will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
